FolkNavi アカウント削除の申請
日本語学習アプリ「FolkNavi」（株式会社 iFolk）のアカウントと登録情報の削除は、次のいずれかの方法で行えます。
方法1: アプリ内で削除する
アプリにログイン → 「情報変更」画面 → 「情報削除」ボタン → 確認ダイアログで「OK」。その場でアカウントと登録情報が削除され、ログイン画面に戻ります。
方法2: メールで申請する
宛先: info@ifolk.link
件名: FolkNavi アカウント削除の申請
本文に次を記載してください:
- アプリのログインID
- 登録した氏名
- 所属する企業・教室名（分かる場合）
本人確認のうえ、申請受付から30日以内に削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。
削除される情報
- アカウント（ログインID・パスワード）
- 氏名、性別、生年月日、国籍、在留資格、表示言語、日本語レベル、職種
- 企業・教室への所属情報
- テスト結果、学習記録、AI会話の利用回数
- 端末内の学習データ・AI会話履歴（アプリ内削除の場合はその場で削除）
保持される情報
法令上保存が義務付けられる記録、および人材管理サービス「FolkResume」で企業との契約・就労手続きに必要な記録は、所定の期間保持されることがあります。詳細は プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
FolkNavi Account Deletion Request
You can delete your account and registered information in the Japanese-learning app "FolkNavi" (iFolk Co., Ltd.) in either of the following ways.
Option 1: Delete in the App
Log in to the App → "Edit Info" screen → "Delete info" button → tap "OK" in the confirmation dialog. Your account and registered information are deleted immediately and the App returns to the login screen.
Option 2: Request by email

Subject: FolkNavi account deletion request
Please include:
- Your login ID in the App
- Your registered name
- Your company / classroom name (if known)
After verifying your identity, we will delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request and notify you by email.
Data that will be deleted
- Account (login ID and password)
- Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, residence status, display language, Japanese level, occupation
- Affiliation with companies / classrooms
- Test results, learning records, AI conversation usage count
- Learning data and AI conversation history on the device (deleted immediately when deleting in the App)
Data that may be retained
Records that must be kept by law, and records required for employment contracts and procedures in our talent-management service "FolkResume", may be retained for the prescribed period. See the Privacy Policy for details.
